Lux Aeterna is a luxury wellness and aesthetic clinic in Dubai, and this project covered the full arc of bringing the brand to life — from a blank slate to a fully custom, production website. The engagement began in late 2024 with no existing brand identity or digital presence and grew into an ongoing technical partnership, most recently culminating in the build of a custom, self-service pricing system in 2026.
The Challenge
Lux Aeterna needed to be built from the ground up: there was no logo, no visual identity, and no website. The brief called for a brand that could hold its own in Dubai’s competitive wellness and aesthetics market — one that read as premium and trustworthy from the first impression, backed by a site that could support a growing catalogue of treatments, service categories, and pricing without requiring a developer for every content update.
Design & Identity
The visual identity was designed around a luxury, premium aesthetic suited to a high-end wellness clinic: refined typography, a soft, sophisticated colour palette, and a logo built for versatility across web, print, and clinic signage. Every design decision — from the leaf motif used in the hero imagery to the clean iconography separating “Wellness & Preventive Care” from “Aesthetic & Treatments” — was made to reinforce a sense of calm, trust, and modern luxury rather than a clinical, transactional feel. The result is a brand system that feels equally at home on the homepage, in service pages, and in the product catalogue for individual treatments.
Technical Execution
The website was built on WordPress with Elementor, structured around custom ACF-driven landing pages so that each service line — Wellness & Preventive Care, Aesthetic & Treatments, and their respective sub-categories like The Drip Lounge, STD Testing, Health Check, Genetic Wellness, Facial Aesthetics, Body Contouring, and the Gentleman’s Suite — could be managed as dynamic, structured content rather than one-off static pages.
The most technically demanding piece was the dynamic price menu, delivered in 2026: a system that pulls pricing/ sections and tables directly from a Google Sheet and reflects it live on the site’s Price List page. The core challenge wasn’t the sync mechanism itself — it was designing the pipeline so a non-technical clinic team could update prices directly in a spreadsheet and trust that the change would show up correctly on the site, with no developer, no CMS training, and no risk of breaking the page layout. That meant building a resilient data-mapping layer between the Sheet and the front end, and treating the spreadsheet itself as the “editing interface” the client would actually use day to day.
The Outcome
Lux Aeterna launched with a cohesive brand identity and a website built to scale with the clinic’s growing service catalogue, without adding operational overhead for the team running it day to day. The site is no longer under active management or a care plan, but the underlying architecture — ACF-driven landing pages and the Google Sheet-synced price menu — was built to be maintained by the client directly. Continued support remains available for any future custom functionality the clinic needs.
